We exist to see ALL God’s children held in captivity by any stress, struggle, or stronghold set free to live in deeper connection and purpose through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Who is Finding Freedom for?
EVERYONE...everyone that has something that seems to stand in the way of a closer and deeper relationship with Christ and others. Anyone who struggles with drug and alcohol abuse, gambling, eating disorders, depression, grief, difficult divorces, trauma, abuse, and any other struggles. It's for anyone willing to admit they have a stress, struggle, or stronghold and want to do something about it!

How can Finding Freedom help me?
Finding Freedom is an open share meeting where like-minded people who struggle get together and talk out all of the things in their lives and lean into biblical solutions to deal with them.

What is an open share meeting?
It is a time when everyone takes turns sharing what is on their hearts and minds under some structured guidelines. If anyone else in the group can relate and has wisdom, they share it. You only have to share during a meeting if you want to share. Also, there is time before and after the meeting to talk with others to build connections Jesus can use to create healing.

Why is Finding Freedom important?
It can be difficult for someone who does not understand your struggles to be able to put themselves in your shoes and know how to help point a way to Christ through your struggles. Finding Freedom leaders understand where you have been and what you have felt, because they had similar experiences and have now found freedom through Jesus.

What expectations are there for me when I attend?
The only expectations are an open mind and a promise of confidentiality. What is said in the meetings stays in the meetings.

What can I expect from Finding Freedom leaders?
Leaders will be easily identifiable by the orange lanyards they wear. You can expect welcoming smiles and handshakes. Questions like: what's your name, where are you from, would you like some coffee, where do you attend church, etc. We will be glad you are there but never ask you to do anything you are uncomfortable doing You only share during the meeting if you want to share.

Finding Freedom Logistics:
  • We meet every Thursday at 6 pm at The Exchange Building located at 417 N Bierdeman Rd. Pearl, MS 39208
  • On the last Thursday of every month, the meeting is split into gender-specific groups.
