Bryant & Heather May
Lead Pastor / Next Gen Team Leader
Bryant and Heather are originally from Brandon. They were married in November 2008 after meeting at Mississippi College. Bryant has served in full-time ministry for the last 17 years. He has a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Seminary and has a passion to teach and lead people from the truth of God’s Word. Bryant spends time broadcasting sports and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Bryant and Heather also enjoy spending family time with their son, Braylon and daughter Cait.
Heather is a Mississippi College graduate with a degree in communication. She has over 15 years of experience leading and serving in children and student ministries and leading discipleship groups and events. Heather has a passion to see people experience Jesus in real ways and grow in their love for God's Word. She also works as a Project Manger for a sales & leadership development company, where she has worked for the last 9 years. She is a mom to Braylon and Cait, and she enjoys writing and thinking creatively about how to reach people far from God with the gospel.

Josh Jordan & Celeste Jordan
Worship & Creative Pastor / KidLIFE Director
Josh is originally from Clinton, MS. He met his wife Celeste while they were both serving as student leaders at church, and they were married April 16, 2011. Josh graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in business but has actively served in worship ministry for more than 20 years. He loves being a dad and hanging out with their children Piper, Judah, and Brooks. Josh also enjoys writing music and being outdoors.
Celeste graduated from The University of Mississippi Medical Center with a degree in Occupational Therapy and works part-time as an Occupational Therapist at UMMC. In ministry, she is passionate about kids growing to know, love, and serve the Lord with their lives and coming alongside families in discipling their kids. To relax, Celeste enjoys a good cup of coffee, a good book to read, a good walk outside, and good times with her family and friends.

Tyler Boles
Connections Pastor
Tyler and his wife Virginia are both from Quitman, MS. Tyler is a William Carey University graduate with a degree in religious studies. Tyler and Virginia served as missionaries in Australia, and Tyler has also served as a student pastor with multiple churches. Virginia works as a Registered Dietitian. They have three children - Luna, Ezra, and Stella. The Boles enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, and a good Netflix binge.
Matthew Stevens
Student & Care Pastor
Matthew and Morgan moved to Pearl from Quitman, MS, along with their daughter Magnolia Belle. Their youngest daughter Margot Rose was born not long after they moved to Pearl. Matthew graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Communications. He is passionate about building relationships, and he has over 10 years experience in student ministry. Morgan has a Childhood Development degree and works as an elementary teacher. They love getting people together to play games, and in their free time, they love to travel and explore!
Tim Temple
Discipleship & Missions Pastor
Tim is originally from Braxton, MS. He and his wife Jaime met through mutual friends, and they were married in June 2009. Tim has been in ministry for more than 20 years as a student pastor and lead pastor. He has a passion to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus and live out their purpose by serving others. Tim loves playing drums and anything outdoors. He and Jaime have 3 daughters - Ari, Ellie, & Indie.
Sherilyn Marks
Next Gen & Communications Director
Sherilyn and her husband Jonathan moved to Pearl from Meridian, Ms. and have been married for over 10 years. They have 3 children, Alyssa, Evie, and Maelyn. Jonathan leads The Exchange medical team and also serves in many different capacities at The Exchange. Sherilyn is passionate about caring for families by equipping parents to show the love of Jesus to their kid(s) and help communicate ways anyone can engage within the church family. The Marks family enjoys spending time with family and having people over to their house to hang out and play games.
Jeri McKnight
Administrative Assistant & Environment Coordinator
Jeri has been a resident of Pearl for the past 15 plus years, moving from Forest, MS where she owned Jeri’s School of Dance for twenty-two years. She has one daughter, Stacie, and a granddaughter, Brittany. She is currently in the Insurance Business and fills her spare time with volunteer work, music, reading and gardening
Amanda Lyle
Ministry Assistant
Amanda and David Lyle are life-long residents of Pearl, MS and have been married for over 30 years. Amanda has spent many years working in the corporate world in bookkeeping and accounting. David is a salesman for a safety company. They have 2 children, and 2 grandchildren, and they love planning family vacations where they can all be together. Amanda is passionate about loving people in their brokenness. In her spare time, she loves thrift shopping and working in her her flower beds.
Moni Powers
LittleLIFE Director
Moni, short for Ramona, met her husband, Mark, while they were both serving in the U.S. military and stationed in Germany. They have 4 children, and 3 grandchildren. Moni has served in children's and student ministry for most of her adult life, and she has also worked as a ministry assistant. She is passionate about helping preschool-age children experience Jesus on their level each week! Her husband Mark works as a budget analyst at the VA during the week and serves on the tech and security teams with The Exchange. Moni serves as to help create truth-filled, engaging experiences for preschoolers, equip parents to disciple their children, and build a team of passionate doorholders to love and serve the next generation.
