Meaningful faith-moments with your family can fit seamlessly into the daily rhythm of your life. Let's see how that can happen together! Below you'll find five different organizations with resources to help you grow as a family towards Jesus.

You are a better parent than you might realize. At least we think so. Parents, grandparents, and guardians often don’t give themselves enough credit for the remarkable job they are doing in raising kids to become good humans. Your parenting style might not be for everyone, and that’s okay. At Parent Cue, the goal is to simply to cue you with what you need when you need it, so you can be the parent you want to be.

Every parent has 936 weeks of influence from the time their child is born until they graduate. Parent Cue is an app and website that helps you count the weeks and connects you with practical things to read, do, or say to help you engage with the heart of your child this week. Designed for parents of babies through high schoolers, these prompts will come in the form of videos and things to talk about in the morning, at mealtime, or while you are cuddling with your toddler or driving in the car. Each week there’s even a Phase Cue to help you understand the developmental phase your child is in today. 936 weeks. You don’t want to miss a single one.
In the midst of folding laundry, coordinating carpool schedules, and breaking up fights, many parents get lost. Feeling pressure to do everything "right" and raise up "good" children, it's easy to lose sight of our ultimate purpose as parents in the quest for practical tips and guaranteed formulas.

In this life-giving book, Paul Tripp offers parents much more than a to-do list. Instead, he presents us with a big-picture view of God's plan for us as parents. Outlining fourteen foundational principles centered on the gospel, he shows that we need more than the latest parenting strategy or list of techniques. Rather, we need the rescuing grace of God—grace that has the power to shape how we view everything we do as parents.
Freed from the burden of trying to manufacture life-change in our children's hearts, we can embrace a grand perspective of parenting overflowing with vision, purpose, and joy.

Not only are the 14 principles in a book, but you can also go on a 14 day journey with Paul Tripp through a daily devotional and video. Each daily devotion features a specific parenting principle that can radically change your family. You will learn about calling, grace, law, inability, identity, process, lost, authority, foolishness, character, false gods, control, rest, and mercy.
Nearly half of all young people raised in Christian families walk away from their faith when they graduate from high school. That’s the bad news. But here’s the good news: research shows that parents are one of the primary influences on their child’s faith. Fuller Youth Institute turns academic research into practical resources, equipping leaders and parents to help faithful young people grow and change our world.

FYI created Sticky Faith, an innovative, research-based, and extensively field-tested movement designed to equip parents with insights and ideas for nurturing long-term faith in children and young people. Sticky Faith resources are a “must have” for families eager to point their young people toward long-term faith.

After the success of Sticky Faith FYI continued to research and innovate. They have now released another family faith resources called Growing With. Growing With is filled with brand-new research and real-life stories from remarkable families. Growing With shows you how to close the family gap, giving parents courage to take the next faithful step on a mutual journey of intentional growth that trusts God to transform you all.

FYI has also created resources to help you navigate the world of screen time in your family. Every Parent's Guide to Navigating our Digital World helps you think and talk differently about digital media, as you learn from inspiring and creative parents like you who navigate these ever-changing waters day after day. Approach this new connected world like a team and address your most pressing tech related dilemmas.
Focus on the Family’s primary reason for existence is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through a practical outreach to homes. They have firm beliefs about both the Christian faith and the importance of the family. This ministry is therefore based upon six guiding philosophies that are apparent at every level throughout the organization. These “pillars” are drawn from the wisdom of the Bible and the Judeo-Christian ethic, rather than from the humanistic notions of today’s theorists. In short, Focus on the Family is a reflection of what they believe to be the recommendations of the Creator Himself, who ordained the family and gave it His blessing.

Focus on the Family has resources for parents in every stage of parenting whether married or not. They don't just focus on parenting though, they also have resources on Faith, Marriage, Culture, Money, Mental Health, Sex, Life Changes, and Counseling.
Often times what is needed most is to simply get the conversation started about what it means to be a Christ Centered Parent and family. Our ministry team is available to help you get that conversation going. You can schedule a time to meet with a ministry team member below.
