A series about Change
Changes can feel a little uncertain sometimes. Even when the new thing is a really great thing, changing what we are used to can be exciting and overwhelming. This series will help little ones to understand that God makes all things new. God can do this in so many ways! As our church family transitions from old to new, we want kids to understand that God can do this in their lives, too! Our prayer is that kids can understand that God helps us when things change. He is making all things new!
Monthly Memory Verse:
"The old has gone, the new is here!"—2 Corinthians 5:17b (NIV)
LittleLIFE is also working with our older Preschoolers and Kindergarteners to start learning the New Testament books of the Bible.

God is worthy!
God gave King David great victories. God can accomplish His plan through His people, but no one can be as great as Him.
God is the one true King. God knows everything about people, but He does not act like humans do.
He is most concerned about our hearts and who we truly are on the inside.
God desires for His people to seek after His heart.
Loving God is more important than how we look or what we can do.
Our sin separates us from God. We need a Rescuer to save us from our sin so we can live with Him forever.
Because Jesus will never stop being King, we can trust His promise of rescuing us from sin is forever.
God is our Creator, King, Savior and Promise Keeper. He deserves all of the praise and glory!

Spiritual Habit:
If we want to grow spiritually, we need to be engaged in healthy community and godly
relationships with others — with people who share our beliefs, as well as with people who don’t.
This is why our spiritual habit as we continue the school year is: Spending Time with Others!
KidLIFE experiences will weave this spiritual habit into our time together in small groups in multiple
ways over the next few months as we learn how spending time with others helps us grow in our faith.

A series on the Old Testament Kings
After God freed the Hebrew people from Egyptian slavery, He made a covenant with them: He promised to be their God, and they promised to follow His commands. But Israel repeatedly broke this covenant. Like an unfaithful wife, Israel gave her heart to false gods and wandered away from the Lord. The people imitated pagan nations and committed idolatry.
Rather than living in their identity as God’s chosen people, Israel profaned the Lord’s name among the nations and committed detestable acts. God was patient. He warned Israel and Judah through the prophets: God would allow His people to feel the consequences of idolatry. They would be conquered and exiled. Their beloved temple, which they had defiled, would crumble. The prophets cried out for the people to repent, urging them to turn back to the Lord.
Though His people had wandered far from Him, God never stopped being faithful. He was prepared to heal them. Woven throughout the prophets’ warnings were promises: God wasn’t going to abandon His people. He wasn’t confined to the temple in Jerusalem and would go with them—even into exile. God was going to restore them and bring them home. The Lord made a new covenant with them: He would replace their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh and inscribe His Word there, deep within, instead of on stone tablets. He would transform them from the inside out.

A series on Trusting God
An amusement park ride can spark joy or leave you feeling more than a bit scared. There are twists, turns, and
sometimes, a little bit of pain, too. Those things are true in life, too, so how can we learn to overcome our feelings of
fear whenever we experience them? In this 4-week series from the Old Testament, we'll look at stories where people
trusted God to help them through their difficult moments. From these stories, we'll see that
God can turn fear into courage, hurt into hope, turn wrongs into rights, and transform our worry into trust.
