As a covenant member of The Exchange family, we want you to know what we’re celebrating, important information that impacts our church, and how you can be a part of what’s coming up. There is a lot of big, important information packed into this update!
Things to celebrate
You may have heard, but we’re celebrating that 2024 was the most generous year in our church’s 12-year history!! Across 2024, The Exchange family trusted God by returning to Him $730,501 through tithes and offerings. On top of that, our faith family gave an additional $85,486 towards Project Old Made New in 2024. We saw more households take their first next step through giving than any year before. Finally, our staff and leadership led us to do ministry below budget, which left us with a $68,000+ margin between our receiving and spending! We celebrate the obedience of our church family in generously trusting God and stewarding His resources wisely!
We are also celebrating renovation progress on our new space! The interior asbestos abatement and demolition have both been completed. The plumbing rough-in and trenching are also finished, and some work has already been done on the HVAC ductwork installation. Most recently, crews have started putting up the metal stud walls, which gives us a glimpse of how the space will take shape. It has been amazing to see multiple crews working simultaneously moving us closer to the completion of this project. We are still on budget and on time for our completion date of early fall 2025! Thank you for your continued prayers and support during this journey!
Things to know
January is the 5-year anniversary of Sherilyn Marks joining our staff team. Sherilyn who originally joined our team as the LittleLIFE Director now serves as our Next Gen & Communications Director. The Marks family has spent the last season in North Mississippi for Jonathan’s medical residency, but they will be moving back to central Mississippi this summer. Sherilyn continues to serve our team helping support our Next Gen ministries and communication strategies. Help us thank Sherilyn for her 5 years of serving The Exchange family!

COLLIDE WEEKEND
Collide is happening February 7-9 and is open for all students from 7th grade through 12th grade. This will be an intentional weekend of students growing deeper with Jesus through teaching, worship, and small groups with other students from The Exchange and across Rankin County. MAN UP WEEKEND
Man Up Weekend is coming February 21-22 at Twin Lakes in Florence! This is our annual 24-hour experience for men of all ages to get away for rest, reset, and relationship-building with Jesus and each other. This year there is an overnight and commuter option. Sign up now online or in the Church Center app.
COMPELLED - WOMEN'S NIGHT
