Things to Celebrate
2025: A HISTORIC YEAR FOR THE EXCHANGE
2025 was truly a landmark year in the life of our church. God brought historic growth, incredible generosity, and the blessing of a new space! We invite you to take time to celebrate all God has done through our Exchange family by checking out our 2025 Generosity Report.

ATTENDANCE GROWTH
As we opened the doors to our new building, God brought remarkable growth across our church family:
- Over the final 10 Sundays of 2024, we averaged 88 kids and students each week.
- Over the final 10 Sundays of 2025, that number grew to 148 kids and students weekly.
- Over the final 10 Sundays of 2024, we averaged 358 total people each Sunday.
- Over the final 10 Sundays of 2025, that number increased to 616 total people each week.
In January, we averaged 263 more people per Sunday than last January.
We had 50 students and adults attend our November Connect, and we have another 50 people signed up for our first Connect of 2026!

GENEROSITY
2025 was the most generous year in our 13-year history!
We celebrate your obedience, generosity, and faithfulness in trusting God and stewarding His resources well!

2025 was the most generous year in our 13-year history!
- The Exchange family generously gave back to God $792,367 through tithes and offerings (excluding Project Old Made New). This was $62,000 more than the previous year, which was our previous highest year.
- 54 households took their first step of giving.
- Our staff and leadership team stewarded resources wisely by doing ministry below budget, leaving a $74,056 positive margin between receiving and spending.

BAPTISMS
In 2025, we celebrated the baptism of 35 kids, students, and adults!
In continued celebration, on January 18th, we baptized the 350th person in The Exchange’s history! God is still making old lives new in Jesus!
Celebrate with us the baptisms across December and January - John Campbell, Rustin Ladner, Wendy Cumberland, & Tinley Gilmer.

Things to Know
Welcome Ed & Tracy Manning!
This month, we announced that Ed & Tracy Manning are joining our staff team as our new KidLIFE Directors. Ed and Tracy met while serving in ministry in Vermont and were married in 2006. Both hold master’s degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and have served together in churches across multiple states and overseas in Africa. They have a heart for missions, intentional discipleship, and investing in the next generation. They love the outdoors and spending time with their three children—Maleah, Grace, and Xavier. We’re thrilled to welcome the Mannings to The Exchange staff team!

January also marks 6 years since Sherilyn Marks joined our staff team. Sherilyn began as our LittleLIFE Director and now serves as our Next Gen & Communications Director, supporting our Next Gen ministries and leading our communication strategy. Collide Weekend (StudentLIFE)
Collide Weekend is almost here! Happening February 6–8, Collide is open to all students in 7th–12th grade. This intentional weekend will focus on students growing deeper in their relationship with Jesus through worship, teaching, and small groups alongside students from The Exchange and across Rankin County.

ParentLIFE
Parenting isn’t easy, and you don’t have to do it alone. ParentLIFE is a workshop-style experience designed to partner with parents as you intentionally disciple your children. Each session is unique and offered only once.

MAN UP WEEKEND
Man Up Weekend is coming February 27–28 at Twin Lakes in Florence! This annual 24-hour experience is for men of all ages to step away for rest, reset, and meaningful time with Jesus and other men. Overnight and commuter options are available, but spots are LIMITED.
